What is "Be Healthy Vibrations?"

Everything in the universe, whether inanimate or animate has an energetic vibration and that includes us!

The reason why this principle is so important in the context of health is that our energetic state causes us to vibrate a given frequency, which is comparative to our overall state of well being.

In his book “Power Verses Force”, Dr. David Hawkins illustrates these vibrating frequencies as a scale, with the higher vibrating energies of love, joy and peace at the top of the scale, and grief, apathy, guilt and shame at the bottom of the chart.

Our health and happiness in life thus depend on our ability to move into the higher frequencies. Clearly, we don’t want to be in these lower states, but sometimes it’s difficult to move into the higher good-feeling energies. For example, trauma or negative perceptions or beliefs can hold us in these lower energies and impact our physical, mental, and emotional health. 

For any life-enhancing change to occur, one needs to first make changes that allow individuals to move up this vibrational scale. In this sense,  the problems in our lives are actually a positive opportunity to create change that will conduct us to a higher state of happiness, creativity and wellness whereby self-healing can occur.

At present long standing healing practices including Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Homeopathy, which seek to promote health by transmuting, directing and/or unblocking these energetic imbalances, and again increasing one's vibration. Now there are newer energy releasing techniques that can be used as well such as TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

How can I help you?

Talking about creating positive change is simple, but doing it is not. Sometimes we all need a little help!  As a holistic practitioner, my approach is to target conscious or subconscious beliefs and emotions that hold us in lower energetic states.  I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to release those negative emotions and beliefs, along with homeopathy, flower essences, nutrition, herbs and education to support recovery.

It is a great pleasure to have the opportunity to share what I’ve learned and experienced in regards to physical health, but more so in terms of overall well-being. It is from this higher perspective that I practice alternative health and have observed the best results in my clients.
